Lesbian Vampire Killers, the trailer.

Check out the new released trailer for the not so much anticipated disaster of a flick, Lesbian Vampire Killers. I'm only interested to see just how bad this film will be, but who knows... With expectations set this low the film might actually be better than anticipated--Although, I somehow doubt that.

MILK, a must see movie.

If you haven't seen this movie... Now you have no excuse for not watching it.

Sir Rupert, The Gay Knight.

BEAUTIFUL! Enjoy.

Lesbian Vampire Killers, the poster.

It may not have a title that immediately screams high-brow entertainment but Phil Claydon's Lesbian Vampire Killers - about... well, killing lesbian vampires- is already whipping up quite a storm. The main reason for that is the presence of James Cordon and Mathew Horne, the duo at the heart of TV's Gavin And Stacey.

LVK, as the film is known to its friends, sees the pair stumble into a rural Welsh village only to find the menfolk being slaughtered and the women being carted off and forced to join a sapphic society of undead temptresses. The first poster from the film can be seen below and should go a long way to clearing up any confusion as to the tone Claydon's going for with this one. From the poster alone it would be a safe bet to say that LVK will offend many lesbians... and vampires.

Lesbian Vampire Killers is currently in production and is schedeuled to be released in March of 2009.

Words I thought I'd never utter, Bitch Slap me please!

I really can't wait for this movie to come out. For now there has been no definite release date issued; however, one things is for certain Bitch Slap will be in theaters sometime in 2009. It just seems like a dark yet campy movie right out of a comic book, err graphic novel. Check out the trailer below to understand why sometimes being bitch slapped can be a good thing.

A match made perfect by Shamim Sarif.

It's tough to come across good lesbian movies, but luckily the talented Shamim Sarif, an award winning novelist and novice director has given us two gems to drool over this November. Both of her new feature films--The World Unseen (based on Shamim's award winning novel), which opened Nov. 7 and I Can't Think Straight, which opens Friday--explore lesbian love.

Both films feature the same two actresses in starring roles opposite eachother--Lisa Ray and Sheetal Sheth. These two ladies are so incredibly sultry that its no wonder why Shamim has them starring in both features. Lisa and Sheetal have chemistry that transfers over well on screen, and lets face it--They're both very easy on the eyes. In fact, I'd have to say that they're a perfect match, like peanut butter and jelly or crackers and cheese... I could go on, but for your sake I won't.

In any case, I urge you to get your butts out there and see these two well directed and performed movies in theater, because good lesbian flicks really do deserve your support.
